Outside of Boston at 5-1 the blazers are the only team with a winning record
in those games at 12-9
They are also 8-11 when trailing at the start of the 4th...the only team
that has that many wins in that situation is the one with Lebronn James at
9-16 with 9 of their 16 wins coming after training after 3 quarters. Cavs
have only been ahead after 3 quarters seven times...
Portland are 12-2 when leading after 3.
