Wilt
71-72: 82 G 64.9 FG% 1572 Reb. 329 Ast. 1213 Pts.
72-73: 82 G 72.7 FG% 1526 Reb. 365 Ast. 1084 Pts.

Artis
71-72: 84 G 59.8 FG% 1491 Reb. 230 Ast. 2003 Pts.
72-73: 84 G 55.9 FG% 1476 Reb. 295 Ast. 1743 Pts.

Of course, they weren't playing in the same league at the time.
We don't want to go comparing Wilt's rookies years to Artis's, or
Artis's last couple of years to Wilt's.

Most likely Artis-as-a-rookie would have played OK against Wilt-
with-bad-knees. He'd have "held his own", by some apposite
definition.
