Which is exactly why I didnt want them (GS). They have had our number all
year, Don Nelson knows our weaknesses (because he practically built us) etc.
Mavs should have never sat their guys that night (FEW NIGHTS AGO IN REGULAR
SEASON) in Golden State. They should have all played a full game. Bad
coaching move in my opinion. Mavs could have knocked one of our harder teams
(all year they have owned us) out of the playoffs, had they won.

Glad to see you've come around to my way of thinking. The preseason does
mean something after all, and if the games are "meaningless" to you, it's
bad coaching.

Note: Dirk is the most overrated player in the NBA and certainly not
deserving of an MVP type award. Like I said before, Dirk is a talent
that presents problems for any team's D and he's a fine player overall,
but when it comes down to it, Terry is their go-to guy when a game is on
the line. MVP's are gamers in my book. Dirk will never be a gamer.

BTW Collard, Dirk had zero assists. He was rarely double teamed and he
got his 23 (below .500) but he did so in the flow of the offense. If
you think this guy should be up there with Magic and Bird, you're a dope.
