Randolph leads Warriors past Raptors

First-round draft choice Anthony Randolph scored 26 points and grabbed 12
rebounds as the Warriors wrapped up the Summer League in Las Vegas on
Saturday with a 95-90 victory over the Toronto Raptors.
Second-round pick Richard Hendrix scored eight points and had 10 rebounds.
Second-year guard Marco Belinelli added 14 points and eight assists for
Golden State (4-1).
Point guard C.J. Watson was out with a right thigh contusion, and forward
Brandan Wright did not play because of a sprained left foot.
The Warriors head to Utah to compete in the Salt Lake Revue beginning
Monday.
Olympics: Croatia overcame a 30-point, 13-rebound effort by Dirk Nowitzki to
beat Germany 76-70 in Athens, Greece, securing a berth at the Beijing
Olympics. Greece also earned a spot in the tournament by beating Puerto Rico
88-63.
Germany and Puerto Rico will play for the final Olympic spot today.
# Manu Ginobili was named to the Argentina Olympic team, according to the
San Antonio Express-News.
San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich said in June that Ginobili should
"definitely not" play in the Olympics if his sprained left ankle that he
injured during the playoffs does not improve.
Ginobili told Popovich he has had "zero pain" in the ankle.
# First-round draft picks Kevin Love and Robin Lopez were added to the
select team of young players that will scrimmage against the U.S. Olympic
team this week.
Both players were chosen after strong performances in the NBA summer league.
Love, picked fifth by Memphis and traded to Minnesota on draft night, has
averaged 20.7 points and 15 rebounds in three games for the Timberwolves.
Lopez, the No. 15 pick, averaged 16 points and 7.7 rebounds in his first
three games for Phoenix.
Lakers: Los Angeles forward Luke Walton underwent surgery Friday to remove
bone spurs and scar tissue and clean up some cartilage debris from his right
ankle.
Walton's rehabilitation is expected to take about six weeks and he's
expected to make a full recovery by the start of training camp.
Oklahoma City: The franchise has signed restricted free-agent guard C.J.
Miles to an offer sheet.
Oklahoma city general manager Sam Presti announced the move on Friday. Under
terms of the NBA's collective bargaining agreement, Miles' current team, the
Utah Jazz, has seven days to match the multiyear offer.
In three seasons, the 21-year-old Miles has played in 120 games, averaging
4.0 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists.
