Chris Douglas-Roberts dropped to the 2nd round. 40th (Nets).

He was projected as a potential pick in around our pick (17th). I heard
something briefly on the Fan 590 this morning that maybe he has some baggage
or whatever that people don't know about.

I like his bball IQ and even if he isn't an out of this world athelete or
dead eye shooter, I think he has some game. Woulda preferred him to Jawai
at 41 if given the choice... Bummer.

I think he's a product of a good system. Which isn't necessarily all
that bad, except I usually don't like those rock solid guys who
performed well in a good system (only Carlos Boozer and Shane Battier
have proven me wrong). It's just watching CDR in the NCAA Tourney..
he seemed to choke, unable to make the most important shots.

But that was really more of a gut feeling on my part so I don't know
the real reason why he dropped so far.
