Went to the game last night, Celtic shooting was terrible and they had
mittens on and were on the 2nd night of back/back, but even with all that
the Pacers deserved the win with their defense and rebounding. Excellent
perimeter defense by the Pacers, something I haven't seen in several years.
Rush shows flashes of brilliance and a very good rebounder for his size. The
Pacers are still not filling the lanes on breaks reminiscent of last year,
the ball handler beats everybody down the court. Maybe they are so used to
taking the ball outta the net they haven't caught on to the up tempo style,
if their defense continues to improve they'll have plenty of opportunities
to work on their break. Conseco was rock'n which was great to experience
again.

Watched the game on NBA League Pass and was most impressed. Hope
Danny Granger has a good dentist!

Previously I had watched the Pistons take the Pacers apart....really
no surprise as the Pistons are deeper than just about anyone else in
the NBA. And I watched the Celtics beat the Cavs. Cavs are not very
good on the road as they lost in New Orleans last night as well.

With only 2 games played in the regular season it is hard and
dangerous to draw any definitive conclusions, but I like what I'm
seeing from the Pacers and think they can only go up when Dunleavy
returns.

Now I need to catch a Raptors game to see how Jermaine is fitting in.

Pacers-Celtics - Wow. That was fun last night. So was the Magic game. I guess the silver lining in this whole brawl mess is that the Pacers' bench will be tough as nails for that late-season run they might have to make for the play-offs. Kurt Ridder Go Pacers!

Jermaine O'Neil - There have been no news stories I've seen that indicate what Jermaine is going to do. Are there any indications of teams that he is going to visit or the Pacer's intentions on resigning him? It would be a damn shame for the Pacer's to lose probably the...

Where to meet players - I just moved to NE Indy area from eastern PA. Other than attending a game at Conseco fieldhouse, is there any places or events where I can meet or see players from time to time? Any places where my kids can get autographs?
