To whatever extent viable AAU et al. football makes senses,
it already is. I don't think there is any legislation getting in the
way (other than the NCAA burdens shared by most NCAA
sports). And even if AAU et al. for football existed to a degree
similar to hoops and Euro-Soccer fags, it wouldn't address
that huge delta-hulk factor between AAU <<< NCAA <<<< NFL..
