Dean Smith should have been fired!

For:
Losing in the first round to USF in 1978
Losing in the second round to Penn in 1979
Losing in the second round to Texas A&M in 1980
Losing to Georiga in a regional final in 1983
Losing in the second round to Indiana in 1984
Losing to 8th seed Villanova in the regional final in 1985. I mean an
8th seed! UNC was a 2 seed. They probably should have fired Dean
Smith on the spot right there. Talk about a choke job.
How about '94? As a #1 seed, they lose to 8th seeded Boston College
in the second round. They probably should have axed them then as
well, but since they kept the choker before, they had to keep him.
