Didn't read it anywhere.
Heard it from a reliable friend who was there. Bozo read what he's been
repeating on Google-I'm sure he's right. If it's on the net, it's true.

No offense to your friend, but eyewitness accounts are notoriously
unreliable. For one thing, people see things from different perspectives.
But whatever the cause of the beef, I'm sure you don't mean justify
attempting to murder someone over it. >> Stay informed about: 8 out of 8 ESPN experts pick the Lakers |

Not *my* Pistons by an stretch of anyone's imagination. But yeah, I thought
Dumars' comments were very serious. I had a post on the C's NG after their
last loss to us basically suggesting they're going to need to make some
changes. The reason is what Dumars must be seeing - Boston, though an
"older" team, is still got another few years left as constituted. Boston
has a better team than Detroit. Detroit is also an older team and can't
afford to go the way of Orlando or other such teams... to wait, to improve
with younger players, and to have other teams worsen. They have a window to
win a second championship with that squad and it's closing, and that outlook
got real bleak this offseason with KG and Ray coming to Boston. So I
wouldn't be at all surprised to see a major change made. >> Stay informed about: 8 out of 8 ESPN experts pick the Lakers |

Yes, I would expect Powe more for vs Odom, or Turiaf if bench time.

That was my take, Allen would be the best-equipped to guard Kobe if he was
healthy, and thus would be dusted off for 15-20 minutes a game in this one.
Posey, like Pierce, will have to play well off him. Not that this is a bad
thing, you want him taking jumpers as opposed to driving and causing havoc.

House and Farmar could torch each other, that could be entertaining for
over players.

Right, and long timeouts. I expect Boston to really ride their starters
hard in this one.

Of course not. Pierce and the perp are the only ones who know what really
happened. And they probably have widely divergent views, considering the
perp thought a murder was the right answer. >> Stay informed about: 8 out of 8 ESPN experts pick the Lakers |

If PJ Brown is in the game, it's a fair matchup to put our own PJ in.
Always hated the guy as a player, he was kind of an enforcer type for some
loathsome Knicks teams. And he just looked goofy, with the long curly hair
and the bird legs and arms flying everywhere.
