I'm still waiting to hear from the Flip jockers. Ikrushlots (I doubt
that's even your real name), where are you?
The pistons have followed the same pattern the wolves have with
Flip as coach: solid regular season followed by a major
underperformance during the play-offs. Flips teams are
characterized by:
1. Mental weakness
2. poor team defense
3. inability to draw a foul when shots aren't falling
And this spells a recipe for disaster in the playoffs.
A great coach like Phil Jackson recognizes that the
regular season is just the pre-season for the playoffs,
and uses it to get his team ready to go deep in the playoffs.
Poor KG. What a waste of talent having Flip as coach all
these years. Too bad he hasn't played for a coach like
Phil Jackson or Larry Brown.
