I was not able to attend the rally at the O'Dome last night, but read about
it today.

Noah, Horford, and Brewer are returning for the 2006/2007 season!

UF purchased the Indy Final Four floor and it's been installed in the
O'Dome!

Unbelievable.

The floor is offered at an attractive price to the winner. Florida's
old floor will probably be sold to a smaller school.

The Final Four floor thing was done by Michigan State when they won in 2000,
and something tells me they weren't the originators of the idea.

That is what Duke did. No word on whether or not the square footage
magically increased on the way back to Durham...

I think you can still buy pieces of the pre-2000 Cameron floor (or
whenever it was they replaced it). I guess they weren't as hot sellers
as they expected.

Didn't take long for this to flow through UNC to "All Duke, all of the
time"! FWIW, I think the Florida guys staying is good for both college
and pro basketball. But don't let it get in the way of the old
ancestral hate...

They should have cut it up and sold it as pieces of
the True Cross. As a percentage, it wouldnt' have impacted
the world market appreciably. There's at least one saint who
had two skulls.
