Maryland couldn't even beat West Virginia! Do they even have a basketball team
in West Virginia? Yet, the Terps go into Florida and wins.
Moral: If you vote in the Coaches' poll and you play Florida in the upcoming
week, vote the Gators #1!
I want to see Florida ranked #1 heading into the NCAA tournament and be the
first #1 seed to lose in the first round! To the play in winner! Of course, to
be ranked #1 heading into the NCAA's, they would probably have to win the SEC
tournament. When was the last time the Gators actually won the SEC tournament?

MD is pretty good. They are also pretty young,
and it is pretty early in the season. Pretty, pretty,
pretty...some people think I look kinda like Mick
Jagger. That annoys me, which never seems to
occur to them when they mention it.

I'd prefer to see something else, but at least
the ACC will be good overall.

When I'm shaggy I look like Shaggy. Either that
or a guy from Herman's Hermits. Life is cruel and
mean and hateful. That's why gentleman drink gin.

If you can deal with Duke being good year-in, year-out, you can deal with
MD.

Be grateful they don't say you look like Keith Richards. That would be
offensive.

If you look like Peter Noone, then I offer my most sincere condolences ...
and suggest lots of gin-and-tonics, hold the tonic.

Irrelevant. They haven't made it into the Sweet 16 with the current crop,
though. >> Stay informed about: It's Great to Beat a Florida Gator! |

And it still doesn't erase the beating that Illinois took in the 2000
NCAA tourney, the source of your obsession. You can get over it now.
Sheesh.
