Re: We need to call the TV Sports Depts also by osu87, 9/19/03
I did talk to all 5 sports dept this evening. WEWS WOIO/WUAB WJW and WKYC. I
also wanted to talk to Radio WKNR but have been unable. I have emailed all of
them there though. I also faxed all the news stations, and emailed their tip
emails. Also there should be a story in tomorrow's Medina Newspaper that a
potential new ownership group has contacted the WNBA. Their seriousness is not
yet know. Hopefully they are and combine that with the Convo Center and
hopefully wse can keep our Rockers here in Cleveland. We need to keep the
emailsd and faxes and calls to the WNBA and to the news to show we are united
and full of support.

Fox8 216-432-4240 WOIO/WUAB 216-771-1943 or 216-367-7300, fax is 216-436-5460,
WEWS 216-431-5555 or 216-787-4100, fax is 216-431-3666, WKYC 216-344-3333, fax
is 216-344-3326. When I got a person I asked for Sports Dept.

Emails 5sports.TakeThisOut@newsnet5.com 5tips.TakeThisOut@newsnet5.com news.TakeThisOut@wkyc.com 19tips.TakeThisOut@woio.com
43tips.TakeThisOut@wuab.com To leave a tip at Fox 8 you have to go to www.fox8cleveland.com
click on news I believe and leave a comment/tip for them that way to both the
news dept and sports feedback.

Wknr has 4 emails studio.TakeThisOut@sportstalkcleveland.com
roadkrew.TakeThisOut@sportstalkcleveland.com bskgb.TakeThisOut@sportstalkcleveland.com and
bruce.TakeThisOut@sportstalkcleveland.com

Not only is WKNR the only all sports radio in Cleveland it is the flagship home
of the Rockers. Their talk number which is always busy is 216-578-0850, but I
found a business office number for them at 440-838-1220.

I also faxed WNBA @ 201-974-1143 and 212-750-9622 and I left Val Ackerman a
voiceail @ 212-688-9622. I did as Amanda said and called to leave Joe Mazur a
messsage at 216-687-9292, and I emailed Roger Brown @ rbrown.TakeThisOut@plaind.com and
left him a voice mail at 216-999-4674. I emailed Mike Petica
atmpetica.TakeThisOut@plaind.com and I emailed Brian Dulik atsports.TakeThisOut@ohio.net

I also have continued to use the contact us link at www.wnba.com and I believe
the email us link at www.nba.com to let them know the situation and our
continued support. Keep it up Cleveland Rockers fans.

Also besides the new that that the Cleveland Convo Center would love to house
them there is to be an article in tomorrow's paper that a potential new
Cleveland ownership has already contacted the WNBA
