Since big Ben left several seasons ago the team has not make a WNBA
finals let alone an NBA final appearence. So in hindsight should Ben
have been retained? He wasn't seeking 60 million from Detroit, wasn't
it about 40 million he sought here? Clearly this is where he was
dedicated and most marketable. His jerseys and afro wigs, plus
popularity would have granted your money back! There has been a lack of
enthusiasm in the stands since his depature as well, these fans today
aren't fanatical as they were when Ben was here.

Wallace hasn't had success since he left either.
iT's not that he can't play, it's that he isn't motivated and now
understands the league is simply about business not loyalty or any
extended family. That team you built in 04' was made Ram tough, shame
you let the air out of the tires. And it turns out you had to fire
Saunders any way, too bad you didn't do it when the Wallaces boys
suggested it first!
