To elucidate, I was struck by the simularity between Sports Fan's invective
and an early Artificial Intelligence program "ELIZA".

The ELIZA program attempts to emulate a psychotherapist employing Rogerian
Psychology - a method of non-directive psychology which reflects a
patient's statements back to them by reformulating them into questions.
ELIZA relies on
the principle of pattern matching, parsing the users input, looking for
keywords, matching the keyword and outputting a reconstructed sentence. ELIZA
