from my experience in legal proceedings, If Kobe had been drinking he
probably forced himself on that lady...a little bit of booze and morals and
reason go out the window..

Booze may explain having an affair with a pretty unattractive lady, but I
don't think anybody could have enough booze in them to forget raping
somebody isn't ok.

your are right-but booze lowers ones standards and makes it ok to break a
few rules that person would not soberly do
