Yeah, to be fair, the article doesn't make a specific attribution for
Krause's quote but he was almost certainly doing it on Johnny "Red"
Kerr's behalf, and if so he was in the right. For all of his faults,
Krause would never hesitate to put his bluster at work for a guy who's
been in the organization like Red.

Krause is definately the guy to go to when you need a
judge of credibility. Jesus this guy is dumb.

I doubt if anyone other than the guy who has the
ice cream concession cares if Krause "steps foot"
in the place again. Its a little surprising to see Jerry
carry on so about it because I thought the baseball
thing was going so well for him.........

The place may or may not be stupid, that isn't the point. Krause has
been lobbying for Winter for YEARS, and God bless him for it, but
if you are trying to get a guy into a place and have spent a good deal
of energy doing so it probably isn't the best idea to start trashing
the joint. I mean I don't have the kind of genuis for interpersonal
relationships that Krause does but its hard for me to see how he
has done Winters any good with this little blow up. Beyond that
you can go to your grave knowing that if Winters does ever get
in Krause will deny ever having said a word against the place
and blame the whole deal on the media. Thats why the guy is
an idiot.

For all his flaws, Krause did generally manage the Bulls to six
championships. Perhaps if his ego hadn't been so large, it could have
been more. We could have that debate until the end of time.

I'm not going to defend Krause for things he did or didn't do. I do
think it's time for Bulls fans to quit taking cheap shots at him. And I
have to admit that over the years I've taken my share, but it's time to
put that behind me. The team is finally having success and there's
nothing to be gained by dwelling on the Krause's failures.

You're right. His two left social feet don't qualify him
as an idiot, its mostly the idiotic things he does that
qualify him.

As long as Krause wants to say dumb things Im gonna point
my finger at him and say that its dumb. We've earned that.
