The question is ... exactly what "kind of player" do they need now? What
they thought they needed before was an inside presence ... but it looks
like Bynum is filling that role very well. I'd be a little afraid of
adding a big guy that needed to be in the post too much ... might get in
Drew's way. With Bynum's emergence as the secondary scorer to complement
Kobe, Lamar might really be a great fit ... does a lot of things very
well without focusing on one thing or needing the ball a lot.
Of course of, if they could get a real all-star PF that would be great
.... but I don't see any of those available. I don't think I'd even go
for O'Neal for Lamar/Kwame right now.
