MJ co-owner of the Bucks? (ping: Europa)

basketball legend may have purchased part of the Milwaukee Bucks --
making good on a bid which failed last year. If true, is the reason

Europa you're Mr. Bucks basketball. Now is MJ just buying a piece of
the Bucks just to co-own a team, or is there some history here on why
the Bucks is the team he's choosing to own a piece of?

I don't know anything more than what I saw in the story I posted. The
Milwaukee media hasn't written anything about it that I know of which isn't
surprising since they were way late with the Jordan story last year. I'm not
sure what the deal is, but the Bucks provide him with great proximity (that's
one of the main reasons why it was silly to think he was going to move the
team) if he got involved with them. I did read earlier this year that Stern was
pretty embarrassed about how things went down with the Bucks because he really
wants Jordan back in the game and thought the Bucks was a great situation.
This certainly looks like an interesting development, that's for sure.
