signed through 08-09.

Toronto extended qualifying offers to Jose Calderon and Carlos Delfino,
making them restricted free agents.

Phoenix named Alvin Gentry, Bill Cartwright, Dan Majerle, and Igor
Kokoskov as assistant coaches.

New York named Phil Weber, Dan D'Antoni, and Herb Williams as assistant
coaches.
