Denver extended a qualifying offer to J.R. Smith, making him a
restricted free agent.

New Jersey extended a qualifying offer to Nenad Krstic, making him a
restricted free agent.

Charlotte extended a qualifying offer to Emeka Okafor and Ryan Hollins,
making them restricted free agents.

Charlotte exercised their 08-09 option for Jermareo Davidson.
