Positives:
McCants: I may owe Mr. McHale an apology. Looks like the light bulb
just turned on and everything is coming to him more easily now. I've
liked the way he's played on both ends of the floor, and agree with
Casey that he's been the Wolves second or third best defender over the
past few weeks.
Banks: He's still got a lot to learn and has been inconsistent, but
he's got tons of ability, can get the basket, and works hard. He needs
to harness his quickness and learn the game on both ends of the floor.
Reed: I really like him and think he can be a key contributor off the
bench for a playoff contending team.
Wright: I think he should have been here the entire season.
Sitting KG (could care less about what they do with Davis). No need to
risk injury, helps develop players and it gives them a better chance at
the lottery.
Negatives:
McHale: He should not have traded Wally.
Blount: Scoring is useless when you allow more than you score.
Davis: Scoring is useless when you allow more than you score.
KG: He is not playing at the same level he once was and his 4th quarter
prowess, on a team that desperately needed him, is the worst it's ever
been. Guys like Brand and Gasol are now at his level, and Dirk is
clearly a better player.
Jaric: I thought he'd be better
EG: Would have been better if Casey didn't F up his head. Same goes
for Jaric.
Casey: Huge disappointment. For a guy that prepares so much, it didn't
show come game time. Set back the development of EG.
T-Hud: Another injury plagued season.
Overall vibe around the team.
Overall make up of the team. It's not a well built team. KG needs one
"banger" and one "shooter" around him, and now that Wally is gone, he
has neither.
