So You Want to Be a Basketball Blogger.

I need some preseason help. Details after the jump.

The Warriors failed to consult my calendar when they scheduled preseason
games. Unfortunately, I'm going to be off the continent for both home games.
I'll be relying on you loyal readers to pick up the slack since I won't be
able to catch the games with my own eyes. I should have ample internet
access, so the blogging will go on, but I won't be working with the
first-hand info I usually like for breaking down games.

To make sure we get good coverage in my absence, I want to deputize one (or
two) of you as a guest blogger for the preseason game against Zalgiris
Kaunas, Monday October 15, 7:30 PM. In exchange for a write-up, which I'll
post here, I'll give you two tickets to the game. They'll go to the first
person to e-mail me at gswfastbreak at gmail dot com. Serious requests
only - make sure you can attend the game before you request the tickets. If
you only need one ticket and would like to be joined by another die hard
Fast Break reader, let me know and I'll spread the wealth around. [UPDATE:

Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled programming. As many readers have
said over the past few days, it's going to be wonderful to have some
(almost) real basketball to talk about in a few hours.
