Whew! It's just bad news for the Bucks, until TJF comes around. Not
that they have a chance *with* him (eternal pessimist), he'll just
make games so much more interesting.
When TJ gets back, he'll have to get thru rehab, conditioning, knock
the rust off, and with the last few games of the season, he will kick
booty. But as long as he is able to come back, that is key. How is
GHill holding up down in FL?
I like the core starters - they just can't play every minute of every
game. Without Skinner, Smith is overmatched...Dan G can help here or
there, but he does not seem like he will ever carry a load (13 boards
tonight? not bad). So Smith can get neutralized by other teams with
2-3 good frontcourt players. Phizer I've always liked, if he can get
it back after the knee. Redd will have to have some near perfect games
for Milw to win at all, and Cowboy is scoring well. Gotta get him in
the starting lineup, and he has to improve his shot.
KVH is putting up some numbers...he just seems to always miss that
last shot, vis a vie Miami. Williams and James don't seem like they
will be an answer, and Strick is lost in the rotation. The Bucks need
to...
1. get TJF back healthy
2. find some good vets, Jimmy Jackson, Corliss W, Jon Barry...
3. not do any desparate trades or signs
4. realize they will take some lumps this season
5. draft *really* well ;)
Final note, Coach P, run some offense!! A team with less talented
individuals will get able to compete using sharp offensive execution.
Go Bucks, PTL!
