OK Fans,

What is your prediction of the Milwaukee Bucks. Do you think they have a
chance for the Playoffs?

I thought they did well in Florida the other night. Thou I do hope they
can maintain a good enough insurance lead rather then take it with a 1 point
lead with a few seconds to go. Unfortunately the Bucks got robbed.

Lets hope things turnaround for tonight's game at the Bradley center.

Yeah, the Bucks got an all-star guard in Redd (who is playing like an
all-star). Keith VanHorn seems to be playing some of the best ball in recent
years, with the exception of his blunder in Miami the other night. I feel
the Bucks are definitely a playoff team and Maurice Williams has really
stepped up at the point guard spot. They should be fun to watch. Go Bucks.

The Bucks are a scoring team, and never will be a great defensive team
this year. Dan G and Dan S are clods. Dan G might make two good plays,
then makes ten bad plays. Maybe Hamilton and Pachulia can do better.

The Bucks are getting leads, then Mike James comes in and the leads
become huge deficits fast. Williams doesn't defend as well as James,
but he moves the ball well and distributes. Porter should go with
Williams at point more. Though Williams may commit some turnovers and
doesn't shoot for high percentage and must learn more on defense, he
makes the real shooters on the team look better with his movement and
passes and instincts. James came in and stank it up against the Heat
and Portland. The Bucks are a shooting team and not a power team nor a
great defending team.

The small lineup can work, with Smith at center. But to look more
efficient on offense, James should be sitting on the bench. The Bucks
were okay in the first 5 games without James. Pachulia might help out,
and eventually Hamilton. Dan G has been given opportunities, and
doesn't play in the paint well. At least Pachulia can hit a short
jumper. Kukoc is soft on defense, and isn't a great shooter from
outside. If James sees a lot of time on the floor, this is going to be
a terrible season.

Whew! It's just bad news for the Bucks, until TJF comes around. Not
that they have a chance *with* him (eternal pessimist), he'll just
make games so much more interesting.

When TJ gets back, he'll have to get thru rehab, conditioning, knock
the rust off, and with the last few games of the season, he will kick
booty. But as long as he is able to come back, that is key. How is
GHill holding up down in FL?

I like the core starters - they just can't play every minute of every
game. Without Skinner, Smith is overmatched...Dan G can help here or
there, but he does not seem like he will ever carry a load (13 boards
tonight? not bad). So Smith can get neutralized by other teams with
2-3 good frontcourt players. Phizer I've always liked, if he can get
it back after the knee. Redd will have to have some near perfect games
for Milw to win at all, and Cowboy is scoring well. Gotta get him in
the starting lineup, and he has to improve his shot.

KVH is putting up some numbers...he just seems to always miss that
last shot, vis a vie Miami. Williams and James don't seem like they
will be an answer, and Strick is lost in the rotation. The Bucks need
to...

1. get TJF back healthy
2. find some good vets, Jimmy Jackson, Corliss W, Jon Barry...
3. not do any desparate trades or signs
4. realize they will take some lumps this season
5. draft *really* well ;)

Final note, Coach P, run some offense!! A team with less talented
individuals will get able to compete using sharp offensive execution.

Go Bucks, PTL!
Mac
