Well, first of all, the Lakers are not likely to trade Shaq to any team in
the west. But speculation runs rampant when supposedly Shaq said in Vegas
not to be surprised to find him playing for the Kings next year.

So, are you willing to sell your soul for a championship?

I sincerely hope not. Personally, I just don't think Shaq's the guy the
Kings are looking for. Maybe I'm completely wrong, though. :-\

I disagree. I think he would fit into the Kings offense, and provide a
much needed rebounding and shot blocking presence. He would not help the
Kings whining mentality though...

Damn it, Eric --rebounding and shot blocking doesn't win games. Haha. J/k. I
think Shaq's offense would be the biggest contribution, followed by his
rebounding. It's just that Shaq is more of the guy that'll take his own shot
rather than pass it off like Miller and especially Divac. Divac is pretty
much the glue for the Kings, and when he leaves we (and by 'we', I mean the
Kings) will need a center that can take over that part, not just the
rebounding and what-not. Of course, if the Kings did land Shaq I wouldn't go
around protesting. :-P

Me neither, and it will be the ultimate slap in the face of the Lackers
owner. That might be enough to motivate him to go to Sacramento.

Shaq can't just "go" to any team. He still has one year remaining on his
contract. If he gets traded to Sacto he'll be the laughing stock of LA. If
you think Webber bad mouthing Sacto was bad, wait till Shaq and his goons
roll into town.
