No, not a panda bulletin, but Bulls new Center.
According to Skiles, Shen Shen not only is impressing by playing hurt,
but playing hard. Skiles quoted as "like the way he's playing". I can't
remember if he had much positive to say about this year's other NBDL
visitors.
So far he's played about 80 minutes in 8 games,
20 rebounds and 20 points total. Plus one block.
A rebound and a point every four minutes of playing time.
That isn't too bad for a beginning tryout. On a bad ankle.
Hoops hype says he's very weak and unathletic, plus too soft.
Would be some good news IF Pax has dug up at least bronze in the NBDL
dungheap to fill some of the gaping need down low.
