This is a good point. I had friends in Nashville who would fire their
pistols in the air to celebrate the fourth of July and even Halloween.
I wonder how many people die each year from falling bullets.

Prosecutors also said Jackson kicked a man who police said has a
deformed arm. Jackson told police the man, Quentin Willford, started
the brawl.

I know what you're thinking, but this is actually a positive. Jackson
engaging this man in a fistfight would have been unfair. By restricting
his aggression to kicking, he courtesouly leveled the field. I say
kudos.
