Post subject: TIM HORTONS stock IPO: please take my online SURVEY - thanks!
Archived from groups: alt>fan>states>massachusetts, others (more info?)

Hi, I am looking for the opinions of people who have visited a Tim Hortons
restaurant in their local area because the stock of this company is going to
have its IPO (initial public offering) soon and I am considering investing a
lot of money in the stock.

I posted this message in this category because either there are Tim Hortons
restaurants in the local geographic area served by this newsgroup, or
because the newsgroup is related to a food category.

Please help me out with your opinions by taking my quick and easy 3 minute
anonymous online survey located at this link:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=309611897173

If you have never visited a Tim Hortons, but would still like to see the
results of the survey, you may view the current results any time at this
link:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/DisplaySummary.asp?SID=1897173&Rnd=0.1967851

If taking the survey, please complete the survey BEFORE viewing the results.

Here is some background about this company:

It was originally founded as a coffee/donut shop in 1964 in Canada. The menu
has expanded and they now Canada's largest food franchise, plus they have
280 franchises in the northeast USA. Wendys Hamburgers bought the company
10 years ago and is now spinning it off with an IPO.

I am very interested in the stock because I am originally from Canada, where
the company is a huge success. I am interested to know how the company is
doing in the USA, and now Americans feel about Tim Hortons. I feel their
growth in the USA will be critical to any future success.

Rather than me try to drive to hundreds of locations in the USA to do
research, I thought a little survey might also collect the information I
desire. Basically I would like to know what Americans that have visited a
Tim Hortons location in the past think of the restaurant chain.

So if you are an American who has visited a Tim Hortons location previously,
please take the survey. You would be helping me out, and you might even want
to consider buying the stock yourself sometime as a long term investment
because I think it will be a very good company to own.

Thanks for your time.

Bob

He was a great defenseman for the Maple Leafs and Rangers, and he died
too young.

If you want to invest stock I would consider Dana corporation while she is
down and out and also Cedar Fair symbol FUN commonly known as the parent
company Cedar Point. FUN I have watched and they are growing and know when
to change things when losses are starting.

But it's such a wonderful resource! Nobody lies and there's never a hidden
agenda.

Coffee is good, but hot cups are no good. Insufficient insulation. Can't
hold. Burn! Ouch. Back to DD.
