Wally called the PA & Dubay show for his usual Friday chat with them
(from an airlplane), and tried to take the high road. However, you
could sift through it and pick up on certain things. When asked about
his relationship with KG, he said KG is a great Hall of Fame player and
it was easy to play with him. He went on to say the relationship was
like it always was, saying they played hard together and wanted to win,
but then said some of the same *old stuff* would come up. Then he
said some more flattering stuff about KG. He did think the trade was
made because of *chemistry* issues. He was not negative, and made it a
point to mention he understood why the trade was made and had no ill
will towards McHale or Garnett.

He'll be playing against the Wolves back here Monday, same day his wife
is having a C-secion.

I'll be tuned in for that one, no doubt (the game, not the C-section).
It'll be really strange to see him in green. I hope he gets a healthy
round of applause from the fans. He always seemed like a class act
while here.
