Not having any form of broadcast TV for the last couple of years, I admit
that I haven't kept up too close with this, but it sure seems to me that
it's in the best long-term interest to get the games to as many viewers
(read, potential ticket & paraphernalia buyers) as possible.
That said, when TV broadcast rights are in play, it's always ugly &
expensive.
