How about Arenas gets his 50?

Small ball for sure.
Who starts? Go small at the start with Travis at PF? Or Mags starts and the use the OZ player on
the 10 day for backup?

yes....I'll predict that once again my wife will schedule 'in-law'
time and that I won't see this post till after the fact....:(

didn't see the game....reading box score now.....

looks like Aldridge continued to actually challenge Brandon for the
"best rookie" on the team...especially considering that roy had 5
turnovers and shot 41%. Reading recap makes it sound like roy hit some
crucial shots however.

Sergio actually played 22 minutes so Nate was true to his word....9
assistes in 22 minutes ain't bad....3 to 1 assist/turnover

however, the young backcourt diplays the youth with 10 to's. That will
have to improve.

No indication if it was a bit more "up-tempo" other then scoring 100
points

they diid lose ground in the lottery-hustle though....76'rs lost

If aldridge, joel, and zach all return next year, it will be
interesting to see who starts

Correction. The lineup was LA, Webster, Travis, Freddy, and Sergio for over half of the 4th and they
were plus 8 and then Roy replaced Freddy until the last couple of possesions and they were plus 2
to give them a 3 point lead.

martel has actually started to display a little consitency. He still
needs to improve a ton on the defensive end (like all the blazers) but
he's not embarassing himself at that end anymore....at least not
lately.

He's getting better at the offensive end....no surprise that the
improvement came when he stopped settling for 25 foot jump shots.

Last night: 20 minutes - 0 turnovers....when was the last time that
happened?

Last time they played without a lot of pressure?

Nate told them just to have fun and play though their mistakes and pledged to play Sergio more
minutes.
Worked better than when they quit last year.

I think 3 of Brandons turnovers were traveling calls too. Maybe just
2, but I know there was 2 right in a row.

You are right. 3 travels in the first quarter and Mike Barret said two on the replays looked to be
bad calls.
