A stupid attorney was on MSNBC today with Dan Abrams representing a fan,
The one wearing a blue shirt holding Artest I think. He claimed self
defense. If you look closely the tape, he was the one punching Artest.
The fan is looking for retirement money

no, you missed it. he's claiming self defense as to why he threw the beer.
Artest looked at him, and the guy felt scared. So he threw the beer.
