Quoted from a Sac Bee article. Kings also seek permission to talk to
Saunders, according to a reporter from Mpls.

In an attempt to determine whether former Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil
Jackson would have any interest in a potential coaching vacancy, Kings
co-owner Joe Maloof has contacted Jackson's representative, The Bee has
learned.
Jackson, who is being courted by several NBA teams, including the
Lakers and New York Knicks, in the past has spoken favorably about the
Maloofs, team president of basketball operations Geoff Petrie and the
region.

"I have nothing to say," Joe Maloof said tersely when contacted late
Thursday night. "Let us run our business."

I am sure Phil wants all the leverage he can get. What's interesting
is the idea that the Kings are looking to change coaches.

Yes. So Adelman is going to be fired following Webber, Divac and
Christy out of Sac town. I wonder if they are also moving the team to
Vegas.

You know, when I first read this story this morning, I thought to myself,
"That would be just like Jackson". I hope it doesn't happen.

What if Stojakovic bails out on them and gets off the sinking ship?
I wonder if anyone would call it a soap opera or drama.

Read the title, dumbshit. I was only quoting your post, dumbshit. Your team
didn't even finish higher than the Clippers, dumbshit. At least our team
made it to the playoffs, dumbshit. Even though they sucked in the playoffs,
we still have more promise than your team, dumbshit.

Go Kings, dumbshit! Hey! Maybe you could get Dyan Cannon to dribble her
floppy tits to the hoop, that would be more interesting than what you had
this year.
