I apologize in advance for top-posting <grin>. Thank you for posting the
information on the Korean League draft. I am a bit confused, however.
Please also forgive my ignorance, but what is the meaning of the numbers
listed after the year of birth? Also, you wrote that the list is "in
order." In order of what?

Hi,

In order means Players have been chosen by the league, like in WNBA - the
first, second etc.... in the draft.

So, you have the name of the player, her full birth (YYYY, MM, DD),
position, Nationality, her last club, Height, weight, Shooting pts, and
Rebounds.

I am surprised at the draft order. I would never have guessed all those
players to be picked before Sheryl Swoopes.

Makes me wonder if Sheryl is going to play the entire season. And no Tenn
alums this year. Is there a rule that a player can only compete for so many
years? I thought Catchings and Snow loved playing in Korea.

Whatever you wonder ..... here is the official list.

6. Kuhmo = Tammy Sutton-Brown (25yrs¡¤193cm) and Tina Marie Thomson
(24yrs¡¤188cm). It's a weakest team and has the right to have two players.
5. Kookmin bank = Nakia Sanford (27yrs¡¤193cm) - her Fifth time in Korea
4. Hyundai = Latoya Thomas (22yrs¡¤188cm)
3. Woori Bank = Travesa Gant (32yrs¡¤186cm) who already in Korea twice (was
cut one time).
2. Shinsegae = Jordan Ashley Adams (22yrs¡¤191cm) - who already creats
sensation with the media.
1. Samsung = Barbara Farris (27yrs¡¤191cm)
