just checked google groups and it shows the time as 10:16 am. if yours
doesnt show that then get a new newsreader.

1) My newsreader should not show 10:16 AM since I am not in the Pacific
time zone. My newsreader correctly shows the time in my local time
zone. A newsreader that displayed the time in the time zone of the
poster would be worthless.

2) The correct abbreviation for the Pacific time zone during Daylight
Saving time is PDT, not PST as you continue to use.

The point is that you do not know as much as you think and other people
are not as stupid as you think.
