| Which leads to speculation as to who will be let go next. The Sun aren't doing
great, but they're doing OK so their coach might get some time. San Antonio is
the biggest dissapointment, but unless Harvey was responsible for the Williams
for Crawley trade she shouldn't be let go. Washington is again awful, but
Stanley may be cut slack because her star is injured.

Well, SA got Gwen Jackson in that deal too, and she has been solid. I'd
put her rookie performance, to date, as #2, right behind Cheryl Ford.

I'd say if anyone, it'll be Maura McHugh, as Sacramento is seriously
underperforming this year and their only real loss was Kedra, which
doesn't explain the entire season's poor performance.

Ah, but Kedra was a nice pickup for Detroit. Shocks just beat NY
Liberty team 62 to 60 and are on top of the Eastern Conference. I'm
so looking forward to seeing tomorrow's game at the Palace, especially
with Astou and now Stacey Thomas (UMich 2000) coming from the bench.
My daughters are all excited as they were ball girls for UMich when
Stacey was playing there ;)

The Monarchs are 6-1 since Maura McHugh was relieved of the head coaching
job.
The Monarchs' only loss was to Houston where they were leading 70-65 with 42
seconds left in the game.
Cyndi Harvey was fired last Saturday and the Silver Stars have gone 3-0
since.
