Well the Knicks are going to test the Nets healing abilities.

I read Lenny has focused his practices on defense. And has even
deactivated Moochie (thank G-d) in favor of Frank Williams. Lenny
feels Frank is a better physical match for Kidd.

Game 1 (for me) is pivotal it will set the tone of the series.

If the Knicks can wear down the Nets' stars at the start of the
series, they can do so throughout.

That losing record isn't pretty. Layden's team frankly did not
impress me either. The day Layden was fired I danced a jig.

Isiah's team has a winning record and a playoff berth.

Most of us Bucks fans are smart enough to understand that the Pistons are a
very good team and are prohibitive favorites to beat the Bucks. While the
Bucks are certainly good enough to beat any team on any given day, they
haven't shown the consistency a championship team needs, and a seven game
series tends to draw out those things. Most of the smack in this group
lately has come from Knick Fan.

The Nets sure looked healthy in Game 1. I'd say they passed the test.

Its a long series.

Did you see TT's hard fall? Does he have a history of rebounding
from such a fall, or can the Knicks expect him to miss a game?

p.s. Knicks fans... I watched the game last night... I am not going to
sit here & hate... I was watching for Tim's sake... and I personally
hate, hate, hate Kidd & K-Mart... just hate them... but man, that was
a brutal game.... I hope that 80% victory rate for whoever wins the
first game in an NBA playoff series doesn't hold true... I really want
to see the Nets fall flat... but what happened yesturday was not
good...

Bucks game... less then 4 hours to go... fingers crossed... hope we
have better results...

Just saw a brutal game today.

KVH played to his playoff potential, 8 pts.

Looks like both the Bucks and Knicks are headed for fast playoff exits. Both
teams were totally outclassed in their first games.
Again, everybody keeps falling over themselves praising the Pistons and
Pacers, but the Nets look damn good right now. I still consider them the team
to beat in the East.
