He actually posts-up, getting the best position afforded to him. Dirk on the other hand consistently settles for jump shots. I'll take a 7ft post-up player over a 7ft jump shooter in a playoff series any time of the day. So maybe Dirk needs to be > on a team with a guy like Charles Oakley. But Dirk is paid to be THE guy in Dallas, and I'm arguing that he can't play at that level mentally.
