kobe wasn't at the first half of the game last night because he was
across the street at the american idol finals! after the show was
done kobe looked at his watch and said "oh yeah, i have a game i need
to be at".

kobe, i know your plan is to keep your teammates involved but you had
some great looks at the basket in the first half that you gave up.

yeah, kobe was toooo preoccupied with getting the other players going
- like phil said, to the detriment of the team. it doesn't have to be
to that extent - you can be intent on getting your teamates involved
within the context of still taking good shots when they're available -
not passing them up... then when he turns this big switch on, the
difference is glaring, and he been outta the flow for so long, it
takes him some time to find his flow, his rhythm (again, to the
detriment of the team)- advice to kobe: make everything more seamless,
not so obviously calculated... just my two cents - lol -

my thoughts exactly... take what the defense gives you. it's good to
get your teammates involved but when an open shot is obvious take it.
it'll be to the lakers advantage because kobe will still be able to
get the others involved. it's still up to the others to contribute
whether it's on defense, setting picks, or hitting shots!
