my thoughts exactly... take what the defense gives you. it's good to
get your teammates involved but when an open shot is obvious take it.
it'll be to the lakers advantage because kobe will still be able to
get the others involved. it's still up to the others to contribute
whether it's on defense, setting picks, or hitting shots!
