C's lost their composure in the 4th quarter

Not playing good defence at all. After giving up the lead with still 6
mins left. C's looked frustrated out there fouling GS instead of playing
winning defence. As some of those fouls the C's committed look out of
frustration that the game not going the way they wanted it to. I don't
understand why Doc went with Scal for so long to close out the 3rd
quarter? Scal really didn't do anything while out there, other then
continuesly commiting fouls. Not having Perk tonight hurt the C's as it
showed especially in the 4th quarter.
