O'neil to the Lakers???

Within the last week, the Indiana Pacers and Los Angeles Lakers have laid
the groundwork for a trade that would certainly placate both sorrowful
All-Stars. L.A. inquired about Jermaine O'Neal, a move designed to appease
star Kobe Bryant, who is demanding the team upgrade its roster.

No specifics were delivered. No negotiating has been done. Still, Lamar Odom
would have to be the principal of the package in order to adhere to NBA
trade specifications. Surely Andrew Bynum must be included as well.

Picking up Bynum wouldn't be so bad, but I got to wonder if you
compare Odam's health to Jermaine's, whose getting the short end of
the stick here?
