The Nuggets lead their division, are playing defense - avenged their
embarrassment in NY, and still nobody's posting.

K-Mart is looking good, I read that Nene's losing weight, and Smith is
shooting 3s.

Hi Howard. I've been loosely paying attention. With my two favorite sports
also in season (hockey and football), I don't devote much time to hoop. The
nice thing is that they seem to have regained their ability to blow the
doors off of teams that they should beat at the Pepsi Center. And their
bench, even with all of the current injuries, has been really good. If
these trends continue they should be able to carry all of this late into the
season. I think it will be important to have a well rested AI, Melo and
Camby, and a healthy Nene and K-Mart, going into the playoffs. If so, this
is a team that nobody will want to play. And maybe JR Smith is finally
growing up?

I wonder how Karl is going to work the injured guys (Nene, Atkins, Carter
and Hunter) into the rotation when they get healthy? This team seems to
have 15 NBA caliber players. But come playoff time, teams usually shorten
their bench to rotate 8 or 9 total players. I guess it is a problem other
teams would love to have.

I agree, many teams don't have the added advantage of great depth in
their bench. Although I see some teams that have some great bench
players that they don't always use.
