Don't know what the real ones will say, but my gut tells me LSU is going to be
a wicked good team.
They've got Temeka Johnson back, plus Seimone (POY front-runner, I betcha)
Augustus. They've got the best center to come out of HS in years and years
--Sylvia Fowles, and an amazing little ball-handler/slasher from Florida
(forget her name for the moment, but she was great in the all-star games).
They've got a big bruiser of a sharp-shooter Quianna Cheney (I think), and a
couple of others.
They probably have the best players in the country at three positions (PF,
center and SF).
they're my pick for #1.

I would say it is safe to say that Pat Summit will be in the mix of
things after she trains the 'best recuited class' to play with Zolman
and Jackson. My suprise pick will be Univ. of New Mexico. Coach
Flanagan just needs to recruit a center that is about 6'5 to be
competitive. That is all they were lacking last season. He always
coaches his teams to be fundmentally sound. Go Lobos!!
