proper handling of alcohol sales?

It is not in anyones best interest for a vendor to sell alcohol to a
patron who appears to be drunk.
It more than likely is an offense on the part of the vendor that is
punishable by revocation or suspension of the licence to sell
alcoholic beverages.
I do not understand beyond the fact that revenue from alcohol sales
goes into the teams pockets by fees why pro sports tolerate alcohol
in a family environment.
This sort of situation can not exist forever, eventually alcohol sales
will stop.

Are you kidding me? I live in Indiana, these fools will keep serving
you until you can't walk.

I have told several bartenders that they need to stop serving some guy
because he was stumbling around. They would say stuff like "Oh Bob?
He'll be alright!"

They say that while it takes the guy 15 minutes to walk from the bar
stool to his car.

List of bars in Indianapolis that does this: Marty's, Clancy's, KG's,
Main Event etc.
