Apparently, the new rule limiting "electronic contact" between coaches
and recruits to E-mails and faxes has been challenged by enough
Division I schools to be put up to another vote; if the Board of
Directors decides on August 9 to keep the new rule as it is, it stays
in effect at least until all Division I schools can vote on it at the
2008 NCAA Convention.
