rumor has it that brandy reed's suspension is over and phoenix has her

Brandy is not "suspended" nor was she. She was just to much trouble
for any team to touch. Phoenix holds her rights atm and I'm sure would
have traded her for a bag of dirty socks if someone wanted her! I
beleive under the rules of the CBA she is considered a Free Agent next
year, so if somone wants her, they just have to pay her.
