with FTs in consideration,

using up 70 possessions to get 81 pts is not really that impressive...

I have Ego k'f'ed, but just FYI, Kobe scored 81 points on less than 50
shots, and his team won the game. How many other people have done that in an
NBA game?

in 94', david robinson scored 71 pts vs the clippers on the last night of
the season in order to surpass oneal for the scoring title..

david thomson scored 74 pts the last game of the season trying to steal the
scoring title from ice-man, but unfortunately,
ice-man scored 63 that same evening himself...

so it's pretty obvious, these NBA stars can "turn it on" and score as many
points as they wish, pretty much at will...

kobe usually use up 30 possesions / game.. so when he takes 70 possesions,
that means his team-mates are suffering by getting less opportunities to
score..
