....beat Detroit in Detroit and then come home and get blown out by
ATLANTA?

I just can't get behind this team this year. Part of the reason is that
it's the first year in awhile I haven't gotten FSN, so I only get to
see the broadcasts on 45, but still. It's bad to lose at home to the
Hawks, but to get blown out of the building? That's just wrong.

The Wolves have had 4 OT games this month, had won 7 of their last 8
(the only loss by 1 point) and the starters have been playing heavy
minutes. They were due for a letdown game. I find it hard not to get
behind them right now. It's been the most fun I've had in a long time,
as a Wolves fan. Watching Foye develop, Blount outplaying just about
every center in the league, Davis playing to his capabilities, Hassell
returning to his ball hawking form, Smith bulldoze guys bigger than
him, KG play like the guy we've (or I) been hoping for all these years
(taking control offensively and drawing fouls) and even Bracey Wright
turning into a solid contributor.
