the announcers in tonight's game made mention about some fans with
growing questions about Martel Webster's game.

I have those questions myself so i thought I'd see how his peers are
doing

AND FINALLY!!!:

Martel Webster:
PPG 7.1 RPG 2.30 APG 0.7 EFF + 6.27

After the first 3 players listed the jarret jack equation is
eliminated because all of the rest would have been "available" in the
same scenario. (and I'd trade JJ and martel straight up for paul or
williams anyway)

We saw tonight that Danny granger...for example....is a much better
player then Martel at this point.

I also don't accept the "he's so young" argument as readily as I use
to. Some of those other players aren't much older and they're in most
cases competing for minutes on better teams. For chrissakes martel
can't log major minutes lately and his "competition" is dixon and
graham

At least Martel is outperforming Channing Frye this year....which is
surprising. I'm not sure if Frye has been battling injuries or not but
his numbers are way down this year

Martel can shoot for sure.....but he's weak in other aspects of the
offense and atrocious on the defensive end

Only one is also 19 years old, straight out of high school and he got his minutes because of injury
to the 2 players ahead of him.

Frye sprained an ankle during the Bulls game last sat. he was healthy before that as far as I know.
ZSeke took ove as coach, might be his problem.

He seems to have lost the confidence he had the first few games.

Martel's half... 15 pts on 4-0 3-5 on 3s and 4-4 on FTs, 3 rbs and then starts the 3rd and has with
a 3...

Start Dixon and bring martel and Travis off the bench....after about 90 seconds of Dixon...
