Will be someone named DNP. Is there any doubt that both teams will rest
their stars? I'd be shocked to see any of the following on the floor, if
even dressed:
AI, Melo, Camby, Nene, Duncan, Parker, Ginobli. I'm sure there will be an
unspoken agreement between Karl and Pop that there won't be any hard fouls

I pretty much agree ... but I think the starters will dress and play the
first 5-10 minutes or so.
